Had a busy day. Driving, prac songs, prac songs, prac even more songs. Rehearsal for worship on Friday wasn't fantastic at all. Like quoting James shifu, I finally know the difference between music and noise. Just glad prac before today's worship was okay. I always feel safer when my mentor is around.

I have much more to learn about playing in a band and serving in His ministry. Aye, people always think the easiest instrument is the piano/keyboard. Yeah I agree, till I realise there's so much to learn like comping, layering and of course, fitting in with the drums and bass and guitars.

Listening to the cd Daniel burned, to hear how I sound in the band. Heh, I was quite amazed the keyboard in the background is actually my playing! :) Feel proud, yet I know it His hand and not mine. And there IS a difference between mine and shifu's playing k. How am I ever gonna attain that standard?!

Bestie cousin Evi is in the house! As in, literally in my house. She's staying over for the night specially to bring me in to Batam tomorrow..quite sweet of her. I was just wondering yesterday night if I should take a short holiday to the tiny island, but was afraid of the whole idea of getting to harbourfront myself, buying the ferry tickets myself, taking that 1hr ride myself and handling those potential cheaterbugs in Batam. Thank God now, my worries are uncalled for.

My mind is terribly cluttered now. Previously was because our drummer was down today so the keyboard had to cover up more. Yeah, we led worship without drums! Now, I have to start packing my luggage, get a bed and toothbrush for couzzy, shift my stack of notes somewhere else to make space, type that lightning certificate for my dad, wake up early tomorrow......

Oh man..how can the human brain ever contain so much stuff.
